• Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
• Credits do not expire within 12 months of purchase.
• Prices are subject to change with notice.
• Payment is processed securely by Razorpay.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems
• Use automated bots to run comparisons
• Post abusive, hateful, or offensive content in comments
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI systems
• Misrepresent AI-generated results as factual statements

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All comparison results are generated by artificial intelligence. Results are for entertainment purposes only and should not be taken as factual, definitive, or professional assessments. APEX Versus does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

The APEX Versus platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by APEX Versus. You may share comparison results for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution.

8. Limitation of Liability

APEX Versus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to errors in AI-generated content.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
